I'm going to put O.C.C above the shield and crown so that it fits between the spokes of the crown. However, putting COHORTOR HILARIS PRōMISCUUS cum MMIII in the ribbon means we need a fucking big ribbon.

Any other ideas on the slogan? Something smaller. Like a few letters per word, three words in total.

what about two ribbons? one at the top, through the crown, with the cohortor hilaris promiscuus, and then another ribbon at the bottom, saying CUM MMIII.

Goddamn - I just realised I fucked up the layers slightly, and the cuout portion from crown to shield got filled in. Quite like it actually - but I can always cut that section out again.

Otherwise - how does it look.

I've just fixed that. I'm also sourcing a person who may be able to print for us. Then it's down to shirt - I'm thinking Grey-Nichols or similar.

Damn straight we did. Not just wickets tho' (I think a few clubs in the past may have beat us to it) I was refering to the stylised broken wickets, the bails flying, and the ball in frame; all done in a single colour.

Can't trust these fucking cellphone companies - they'll steal the shirts off our backs - if they were yellow, or blue and green, or red.

i actually picked this up over the weekend, but i just thought you'd stolen their design. that says a lot for your mad graphix skillz, alex

i'd just like to say that awesome as the logo is, i feel that it is too tall. you could solve that by putting OCC inside the crown. also, i despise all the fonts, but let's be honest - i gave up all right to criticism when i gave you the job and you fucking nailed it!

Anyways - do you have a font in mind? And I agree that the logo is looking tall. The issue I have is that if I drop OCC into the crown I will have issues placing it - there are four peaks, which makes placing three letters between the peaks really straight forward, but 3 letters inside the peaks difficult. I'll experiment with just centering OCC on the lower curve of the crown.

But seriously - if you have a font, or a suggestion I'll take it seriously. This is as much mine as every member of the OCC's.

i didn't have a specific font in mind, but i just have a natural distrust of serifs.

i know we're going for a classic look, but something more modern could cool it up.

but like i said, the whole thing is so amazing anyway you could just leave it as is, and everyone else can suck it.

I'm not sure what you mean Ceek ... Are you suggesting I flatten the shield? I'm not so sure - I think it is a flat as it can be and still look like a shield.

I may be able to flatten the ribbon a bit - but I'm already concerned that the font is too small for embroidery. If I flatten the ribbon It may make the whole thing a big blue blob.
